1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the FamilyGuard Global website and providing your information, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service.

 

2. Nature of Service

FamilyGuard Global is an authorized marketing representative for the Travel Plan by Inman, provided by Inman Shipping Worldwide. FamilyGuard Global provides information, education, and enrollment facilitation. We are not an insurance company, and the Travel Plan is a service-based membership, not an insurance policy.

 

3. Eligibility

Membership in the Travel Plan is available with guaranteed acceptance, regardless of age or health status. However, service benefits are only triggered when a member passes away more than 75 miles from their primary legal residence on file.

 

4. Third-Party Enrollment & Payments

 * External Portal: Enrollment is finalized on a secure third-party portal owned and operated by Inman Shipping Worldwide.

 * Financial Agreement: Any payment plan or "Same as Cash" financing is an agreement between you and the service provider (Inman). FamilyGuard Global does not process payments or manage financing accounts.

 * Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during enrollment (including your primary residence) is accurate.

 

5. Service Activation

To utilize the benefits of the membership, Inman Shipping Worldwide must be notified immediately at the time of need and before any other funeral arrangements are made. Failure to notify the service provider first may result in a denial of service benefits, as the plan does not provide for third-party reimbursements.

 

6. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact information, you grant FamilyGuard Global permission to contact you via:

 * SMS/Text Messaging: Automated and manual messages for follow-up and support.

 * Email: Newsletters, plan updates, and enrollment confirmations.

 * You may revoke this consent at any time by following the "opt-out" instructions provided in our communications.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

FamilyGuard Global shall not be held liable for the actual fulfillment of travel plan services, which are the sole responsibility of Inman Shipping Worldwide. Our liability is limited to the accuracy of the marketing information provided on this platform.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
